Temporary Customer Service Centre

Johannesburg Water (JW) has established a temporary customer service centre to ease backlogs at the City’s contact centre following the amalgamation of municipal owned entities call centres. The temporary customer service centre operates from 07h30 to 16h30 daily from Monday to Friday.

The centre will only assist in dispersing and escalating technical queries to technicians. This escalation process excludes revenue or billing related queries. Furthermore, an email and short message facilities (SMS) have been set up to facilitate alternative logging of calls as to avoid call congestions.
