Please note that Ennerdale and Lawley reservoirs were open this morning, some areas have already started to receive water. Because the reservoirs were closed there are some airlocks in the system, the team is onsite busy opening fire hydrants to flush out the system. Residents are kindly asked to be patient while the system is charging, they should have water soon.

Ennerdale and Lawley reservoirs
Please note that Ennerdale and Lawley reservoirs will be closed tonight due to high demand that has left these reservoirs in an unhealthy condition to supply. Reservoirs will be closed tonight at around 7pm and be opened on Wednesday morning around 4am. Affected areas will be Ennerdale all extensions, Lawley 1 and 2.
