Please note, customers in Riverside View and Cosmo City currently using pre-paid tags will not be able to buy water due to the system crashing down.
Our IT team is currently working on the new server which we expect to be concluded later today. We are organising water tanks for the affected consumers and will advise of locations shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
