Please note that there is a burst pipe on Staal road. Randburg Depot has isolated water in Kya Sands. Parts of Northriding, Kya Sands business park and Kya Sands settlement will be affected.

Fake General Worker and Driver Positions
Johannesburg Water warns the public about a scammer offering job seekers fake General Worker and Driver positions from the entity.
The scammer, claiming to be from Johannesburg Water, invites job seekers to an interview telephonically for General Worker and Driver positions and will request the job seekers to pay for the interview.
Please note that these job offers are fake. Johannesburg Water currently only invites job applicants to interviews via SMS. The Entity will not request to be called back by job applicants, particularly on a mobile phone nor request payment for interviews.
Members of the public are asked to please check authenticity of job offers via our website or by calling our office line on 011 688 1400.
Anyone with information in this regard is hereby advised to contact our Tip-Offs Anonymous on 0800 002 587 immediately.

- Lenasia South
A contractor working in Lenasia South laying cables broke water pipes in several areas at starling street which results to loss of water. Due to this water will be closed on Lenasia South to attend to the burst pipes. Affected areas will be Lenasia South, Magson Manor and Finetown. Expected time of completion is not yet known as water is still in the pipeline.
