Kindly take note of the load shedding schedule as power outage affects water supply. Keep water in storage containers for drinking purposes.  

We appeal to all to use water sparingly and to remind them that level one water restrictions are still in place. Watering of gardens is not allowed between 6 am and 6 pm in summer months (1 Sept to 31 March) and furthermore, it is not allowed to wash paved areas and driveway using hosepipes.

Please note that team is currently busy with repairs on the burst pipe at Gemboks Street, Lenasia ext 1. It supplies water to parts of Lenasia ext 1 and parts of Lenasia ext 11b.

Rand water major shutdown

Please note that the Eikenhof pump station is in full operation. Our system is slowly recovering. Hursthill reservoirs are 50% opened. Brixton and Crosby reservoirs are fully opened while the Constantia Tower is still empty. We will keep customers updated throughout the day on our social media platforms.
