The outlet of Randjieslaagte reservoir was isolated at 5am this morning. Repairs are underway on two 450 mm valves in 9th rd and 3rd Ave Kew.
Portions of the following areas will be affected: Glenhazel, Bramley Lombardy west and east, River park Bramley view, Alexandra, Kew, Corlett Gardens, Sandringham, Rembrandt park, Lyndhurst, Rembrandt ridge, Silvamonte, Fairvale, Glenkey and Orange Grove.
Alternate supply will cater for sensitive customers. Tanker sites to include: 4th Ave Alexandra (next to the clinic), Alex High school, 6th Ave at the creche, 4th Ave at Ladies hostel, Thembelihle old age home, Itlhokomeleng old age home, BP Garage Kew, Kingswood and Northfield Glenhazel, Engen garage Lyndhurst, Rauma Ave Bramley and River park drive.
