2021/2022 Johannesburg Water Customer Satisfaction Survey
Johannesburg Water (JW) rolled out the annual customer satisfaction survey effective from 1st June 2022. An independent research service provider, Molemotheo, has been appointed to conduct this exercise on our behalf.
Through this survey, JW will have an appropriate measure of customer satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with its water and sanitation services offering to the residents of the City of Johannesburg (CoJ). The survey will also enable us to identify ways in which we can improve our customer experience and pinpoint areas that need improvement, as well as ways in which we can effectively meet the customers’ needs.
