Parktown 2, Dunkeld, and Berea reservoirs update
The Parktown 2 Reservoir continues to be constrained due to demand exceeding available supply, while the Berea Reservoir is critically low. Rand Water and Johannesburg Water teams continue to investigate the reduced supply.
All three reservoirs remain low, and customers within these supply zones will have poor pressure to no water supply, especially in high-lying areas.
There is no estimated time for restoration currently; however, Johannesburg Water continues to closely monitor and make necessary adjustments to improve the situation.
Alternative water supply will be arranged for affected customers as and when necessary.
