Lenasia Hospital Hills and Lenasia High levels reservoirs are still supplying water though levels have dropped. We will therefore not close the reservoirs before 9pm however demand is subject to increase during the peak hours 16H00 19H00.
We appeal to all to use water sparingly and to remind them that level one water restrictions are still in place. Watering of gardens is not allowed between 6 am and 6 pm in summer months (1 Sept to 31 March) and furthermore, it is not allowed to wash paved areas and driveway using hosepipes.

Corriemoor and Fairlands reservoirs
Rand Water is currently attending to repairs on the 600mm valve. The team is in the process of installing a new gate on the affected valve. The supply to Corriemoor and Fairlands reservoirs has been impacted. Areas affected: Parts of Northcliff, Berario, Blackheath, Fairlands and Quellerina. Blackheath, Berario, Windsor, Weltevreden park and Northcliff. Arrangements for alternate supply is underway. No estimated time of completion at this stage.
