Please kindly note that the team has closed the water to commence with the excavation. This affects water supply in Wendywood, Gallo manor, Marlboro, Woodmead and surrounding areas. We currently do not have estimated time of completion.

Due to improved supply, Johannesburg Water’s Hector Norris pump station continues to operate at a minimal level. This impacts the Johannesburg CBD with low pressure
The following systems have noted recovery:
• Brixton reservoir is operating at 50% capacity
• Brixton Tower is operating at improved capacity
• Yeoville reservoir is operating at normal capacity
• Aeroton reservoir and tower
Reservoirs/ Towers that are stable but at low levels:
• Majority of reservoirs and towers in Soweto area
• Helderkruin reservoir
• Northcliff reservoir
• The majority of reservoirs and towers in Roodepoort area
• reservoirs in Lenasia area
• Yeoville reservoir
• Crosby reservoir
• Aeroton reservoir and tower
