Notice is hereby given that a paper 20th Annual General Meeting of the shareholder of the above company will be held at the Office of the Acting City Manager, at 163 Civic Boulevard, Braamfontein commencing at 09:00am on Thursday, 14 October 2021, for the purposes of:
1. Presenting the directors’ report, the annual financial statements and the audit committee report of the company for the year ended 30 June 2020;
2. Electing directors as members of the Board in terms of the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association or by way of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);
3. Electing members of the audit committee in terms of section 94 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);
4. Transacting such other business as may be transacted at the annual general meeting of the company; and
5. Adopting with or without modification, the shareholder special and ordinary resolutions.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT:
a. The financial statements to be presented at the meeting are attached to this notice and the shareholder may obtain copies of the complete Annual Financial Statements for the 2019/20 or any preceding financial year, from the Company Secretary of the company at the address below.
b. Any shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, participate in and vote at the meeting in the place of the shareholder. A proxy need not also be a shareholder of the company. Section 63(1) of the Companies Act of 2008, requires that meeting participants provide satisfactory identification.
