1. Alexandra
The contractor went on site to continue with repairs. The ETR is today end of business. There are tankers roaming the area. We sincerely apologize for this delay and we will keep updating customers on both Facebook and Twitter.

2. Parktown North
The depot is aware of the water outage and they have started with investigations. We will keep update throughout the day on both Facebook and Twitter.

We appeal to all to use water sparingly and to remind them that level one water restrictions are still in place. Watering of gardens is not allowed between 6 am and 6 pm in summer months (1 Sept to 31 March) and furthermore, it is not allowed to wash paved areas and driveway using hosepipes.

Kindly note that the contractor is done with the tie in at Alexandra, he is just doing the anchor blocks with concrete. The water will be open at 13h00. Affected areas are Alexandra, Modderfontein, Long Lake, Bryanston and surroundings

2. Parkwood
Kindly note that the depot is aware of only one street without water. If you are experiencing water outage in the area, please inform us on Twitter and Facebook.

 Diepkloof

Kindly note that we have a major burst on a 150mm diameter pipe in Diepkloof Extension Phase 3, that has resulted in immediate isolation for the whole of Diepkloof. Our team is already on site. Water tanks have been organised to roam the affected areas. There is no estimated time of restoration.
