South Hills Tower and Klipfontein View update
Efforts were made overnight to boost both systems, however, the South Hills Tower remains critically low with no pumping taking place at the tower. This is due to incoming bulk supply still being a challenge, as well as high demand.
The Klipfontein View area is also affected by similar challenges of constrained incoming water supply.
There is currently no estimated time for recovery. However, Johannesburg Water continues to closely monitor the situation, and pumping at the tower can only resume as soon the supply improves adequately.
Johannesburg Water continues to provide alternative water supply where required.

•South Hills Tower supply zone: Risana, South Hills, Tulisa Park, Steeledale, Linmeyer, Oakdene, Rosettenville and Klipriviersberg Estate.
