Please note that water has been isolated due to a major burst at the tie in on corner Leslie Avenue and Penguin Street. The outlet of Bryanston reservoir has been closed and ETC is 15:00.
Affected areas: Maroeladal, Craigavon, Witkoppen, Fourways life hospital, Witkoppen clinic, Kengies, Dainfern, Pineslopes, Beverly, Lonehill, Magaliesig, Paulshof, Kengies, parts of Bryanston, Douglasdale, Fourways and Norscot.

Rand Waterâs Palmiet Pumping Station experienced power failures from Eskom this evening. Eskom technicians are currently on site to assess the magnitude of this. At the moment none of Johannesburg Water Reservoirs are affected however the continuation of this power interruption will impact supply to numerous areas across the City. This will include areas under the South Hills Tower, Alexander Park, Linksfield, Randjieslaagte and Midrand Reservoirs.
Johannesburg Water urges customers to reduce consumption during this time.
