Media Statement
Customer satisfaction survey 2021

Johannesburg Water is conducting its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey from March 2021 in all the regions of the City of Johannesburg.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey is carried out for Johannesburg Water to rate its services to the residents of the City, to determine what to change and what to improve.

Johannesburg Water has contracted Insendlu Business Companion to conduct the survey. The field workers going door to door to conduct the survey will be dressed in bibs that have the Johannesburg Water logo and identity cards with the Johannesburg Water and Insendlu Business Companions logos. Customers can further verify the workers by calling 011 640 5899/6299.

In the previous year, 2020, Johannesburg Water received great feedback of 71% satisfaction from the residents of the City of Johannesburg. Customers were happy with the good quality and uninterrupted supply of water.

The Company aims to receive even better feedback this year and keep improving its services. This is an advantage for all Johannesburg Water customers to ask questions and make inputs on issues of service delivery. The entity needs to know how its customers are feeling.

The team will work in each Region as follows:

  • Region E – 1- 3 March 2021
  • Region D – 4 -8 March 2021
